A chamber can make a difference in its community by:
Our goal is to enable business and professional people to accomplish together what no one could or would do individually. Such joint effort gives the business community an effective voice in civic and political affairs, and provides united efforts to improve the overall well-being of the community.
A strong chamber truly can build a strong community. That strength comes from our members. We will keep growing and evolving with your continued support.
Committees and Volunteer Opportunities
Each year many of the Monett Chamber of Commerce volunteers strive to make Monett a better place to live and do business. First, these volunteers commit financial resources by providing membership dues, the main source of funding for the organization. By working on committees and programs, volunteers help the Chamber shape issues and accomplish goals important for the economic vitality of the community. Meanwhile, Chamber volunteers expand their network of business contacts.
Please let us know if you are interested in serving on a committee, working on a project or want information about any of our programs. If you have a question, call the Chamber office at (417) 235-7919.
